Log into the Client Portal, go to the IB Room, and select the Partnership Program – choose between USD or EUR.
(They work the same, just different currencies.)
Once approved (it’s automatic), refresh the page, head to IB Room → Promo → Links, and create your partner link.
You’ll also find it on your Dashboard.
