Nearly 20 years ago, I began a journey into the financial markets, sparked by a single article about forex trading. What started as curiosity turned into a lifelong passion to trade and transform the industry. The journey has been just as unpredictable and exciting as the markets themselves.

I remember the early days. Gold was trading around $300-$400 an ounce, and major currency pair spreads were often as wide as 3-4 pips. Trading was challenging – not just because of the markets but because of the limitations in how trading platforms worked. I knew things could be better.

In 2012, I joined a small, determined team with a big dream: to change the way forex trading was done. That vision became Armada Markets, a project that defined my career. With a relentless focus on quality and client satisfaction, Armada grew into Vipro Markets and later evolved into Tickmill. As the Business Development Manager, I had the privilege of building a brand that traders could trust while helping our clients succeed.

But as we grew, so did my ambitions. I started asking myself:
What more can we do for traders? Can we create a space where traders feel genuinely valued – not just as customers but as part of a community? That question led to a new chapter.
