I made the deposit but don’t see the amount on the trading account.

Deposits are added to wallets. Inside the Client Area, you can transfer the amount of your choice to the account of your choice. This means you can keep some amount in the wallet and use only part of your deposits to trade.

I made the deposit using the card, I want to make a withdrawal. What are the steps and limits?

First of all, no matter what kind of method you have used, based on AML rules, we send initial funds back to the source. Then we can process the profits. Let’s take a look at the example:

You deposited 5000 EUR using your card. You made 1000 EUR profit. Your balance is 6000 EUR.

Possible scenarios:

• You want to withdraw the full amount. In that case, we will send 5000 EUR back to your card and the remaining 1000 EUR using alternative methods.
• You want to withdraw only 1000 EUR. In that case, we will send 1000 EUR back to your card (to the source of the deposit). In the future, you will have the remaining 4000 EUR that we will send also to the source, profits using alternative methods.
• You want to withdraw 5010 EUR. In that case, we will send 5000 EUR back to the source (as your deposit amount was 5000 via card), for the remaining 10 EUR it’s below the minimum withdrawal amount. You will have to increase the amount to the required minimum, current withdrawal request for the remaining 10 EUR will be rejected.

I made the deposit using a wire transfer, I want to make a withdrawal. What are the steps and limits?

In the case of wire transfers, we can withdraw also profits, which means in this case we can process any amount you request.

I made a deposit using the card and want to withdraw using a wire transfer. 

This is not possible. The deposit amount always goes back to the source. Until you will cover the deposits and methods used, you cannot choose other methods. It’s due to AML rules.
